Is there any Internal Auditing Tool that works on mobile devices?

Just putting it out here.. I recently came across an internal Auditing Tool, Q-Aud. Its a great tool and can be used across multiple platforms, including iOS and Android. Also, it has a Web application that helps in customized report generation. The mobile application helps in evidence capturing (which is a huge deal for me as I can take images and videos using my phone and upload it to the server and then later access it from the desktop application).
