Is Tds Will be deducted on Government Organization (Central or State Govt) Whether in any section 194C,194J ETC ???

IT IS MENTIONED IN THE SECTION...NOT TO DEDUCT TAX ON AMOUNT PAID TO GOVERNMENT
no tds required to deduct for making payment to govt because govt pr tax nhi lgta so no reqirment for deductn of tds
