NO. IT IS NOT TEDIOUS, BECOZ IT PROPORTIONATELY DECREASES THE LIABILITY OF ASSESSE & KEEP THE INCOME REGULARLY FLOWING TO GOVT., THAT IN RETURN HELP THE PEOPLE FOR BETTERMENT
