Title says it all, I deal with lot of foreign transactions and I wanted to get an OPC registered but I am not sure if TCS applies on it or not. Or after 1st October rule changes.

I mean, TCS which is now 20% from Oct 1 is applicable to OPC doing foreign transactions? TCS is applied after crossing 7 lakhs foreign transactions limit in the case of individual but I am not sure is it the same case for OPCs?
