if cloth merchand buy from wholseller an his turnover is less then 20 lac does tht merchand has to apply for gst. an why Transport people want gst number of both person of sender an receiver of tht goods if tht buy is nt hvng sale of 20 lac how he wil get goods Transported at his place

If the small trader is not supplying goods out of his own state....... No registration with GST required.
The things are not settled and transporters are not clear about the new rules and regulations under GST regime, hence all this confusion......
