is section 8 company government company?

Section 8 company is non profitable organisation like trust, society, NGO,.... They can form company under section 8 with objects clause charitable activities..... So it is not necessarily government companies.... Government companies means in which CG OR SG and BOTH stakeholders more than 51%....that is called government company....
