Is S.Tax liable on individual ?
An individual provided taxable service i.e. Renting of Motor vehicles under tour and travel to Income Tax department. Is service tax liability arises on individual as the income tax department did not pay tax.

Both attracts , if constitution is individual , file IT as presumptive scheme , if turnover per exceeds Rs .20 lakh , GST Applicable
