Is private limited company be treated as unlisted company??- itr 6 - general 2 - f.y. 2018-19 - Income Tax

Dear All,

As i was filling ITR 6 for F.Y. 2018-19 in the sheet of General 2, the last question whether the company is unlisted?

As i am filling ITR of Pvt Ltd co. and all those are unlisted. so should i select yes or no for the same. and if possible can you explain why to select the option, Thanking you!
