Query regarding MCQ OMR

Hii I forgot to darken the mcq booklet number on the answer booklet. I wrote the booklet number but didnt darken the bubbles. Will it get evaluated? has this happened with anyone else? Please help i am really worried

Are you asking about todays ca foundation accounts paper ? This paper is answering in note book.
