i too have heard,bt so fasr no official notification or announcement
lets wait till then
On 1st july 2009 a committee has been established to review on this matter.
It was an official anouncement Mr. santosh bcoz I have gone through this on CA website.

even if u have heard any unofficial announcements regarding eligibility for appearing for Final exam during the last 6 months, plz inform me
according to latest amendments pcc is going to be converted into ipcc and no new registration for pcc

WE can expect the notification in near future..
dear brother ...pcc is not gong to change in 3 yr training........but a PCC student may convert himself in IPCC and his articleship period ll reduce to 3 yrs. only...........but he ll not get d benefit on 9 months relaxation
it will be really gr8 news for us....
