I dont know about that but I daily come across stories of students like me who say that there was no chance for them to fail! One of my friends even got copy of his itsm exam..he said when he totalled the marks it was 35..but in the dmc he got he had 40 marks in itsm..how come 5 marks increased automatically?

I donot agree to the notion that the results depend on ICAI's pass percentage. Its your own effort that yeilds you marks in the exams. The institute demands professional answers from our side, thus we have to prepare in such a manner in order to score good marks. Dodging between 35 and 40 is not the matter, prepare well enough to score a 60 or even more. Everything boils down to the back end effort put by the student in their preparation.
