to announce any informations or notifications
even Exam Results also...!!!!?
isn't possible to issuing results within 20 days a after the exam?

They can't release results in 20 days. If you've ever been to ICAI's offices, you'll know why.
Yes, they are slow. But let's remind ourselves that the ICAI has been "set up by an act of Parliament".

However the too much of gap period is going on with huge confusion,
why our institute didn't think about student's life still now ??????
