Is MGT-14 should be filed by a newly incorporated private limited company with an authorized and paid capital of Rs 100000 (One Lakh only)?

Is DIR-12 needed to be filed?

Thank you for answering my question.

My company was incorporated last month 10-AUG-2021.
Certificate of commencement of business was filed. ADT-1 was also filed.
Now is MGT-14 and DIR-12 should be filed?
If yes, what is the due date?

One more question
In DIR-12
Under Details of the Managing Director or Director of the company

viii) Appointment Cessation Change in designation

but both the directors (equity shareholder and subscribers of MOA AOA) of the company are already appointed during the incorporation of the company. Already filed DIR-2 and there is no cessation or change in designation. Which option should be selected in this case.

6. Number of manager(s), secretary(s), Chief Financial Officer or Chief Executive Officer for which the form is

we know a private limited company can not have manager and managing director at the same time. If we select first director as managing director then column 6 should be 0 but it is not taking zero

Is DIR-2, DIR-8 needed to be printed on stamp paper?

You do not need to file DIR-12 unless there is any change in Directorship.

MGT-14 is to be filed only if you pass any resolution under Section 117.
