Is llb possible with ca, cs

If a B.com graduate and ca, cs student wants to pursue LLB course (just for gaining knowledge); can he do so? Can LLB be done by distance learning program? if yes please specify.

there is a rule that while pursuing ca only one course can be done simultaneously. Is this rule counts distance learning course like cs or just traditional courses like B.com? Other option is that completing first either ca or cs then start llb. But it will be long waiting. 3 years ca articleship then 1.5 months cs training then 2 yrs. of llb. Is there any better options like diploma etc?

u say u r interested to do LLB course or knowledge sake, u can do distance learning course to do LL.B (General) that helps you learn on laws, 3rd yr LL.B not neeed as it is only mostly on court procedure that has to be done regular one year course agter your LL.B(General). distance learning course invariably not accepted by Bar councils.

it is always better to concentrate on one proessional course. Else you will be master o none, a common truth today.

whatever required laws are taught in CA, CS courses. so better concentrate on main proessional course, there is no short cut to learn is my view,

yes it is upto u to do what you want.

distance learning courses do not bar one to do a course exclusively. And no one knows what rules are there today in your chosen course. Better contact the relevant directorate/coaching authority regards dr g balakrishnan, advocate (original side)Bombay high court.
