Can anyone tell me is it mandatory for public comapnies to get listed with stock exchange for issuing of shares & debentures i have already read section 73 of companies act 1956 but i have doubt about this?????????

Yes, It is mandatory as per Section 73 to get the public company listed if they want to issue shares to public.
