I am a salaried employee, my employer has deducted tax in the form of TDS of Rs. 48000/. Now , Is ITR filing compulsory for the salary employee?

Yes the TDS amount suggest that your gross total income is more than Rs 250000 thus you are mandatorily requires to file income tax return

Sir, my employer did not consider my deduction I.e. NSC in form 16. Can I file return according to my deduction or I wl have to follow form 16? Whether any possibility to rectify form 16? Plz suggest me sir.. thanks

You can't file Your return you can get notice from ITD. In case your PAN is registered in e-filing portal you compliance section for NMS. If not registered you can get notice after 31 March 2018. At the time your liability is above for now the status.......
So, You can consider.....
Also you can file your return with your all deductible amount then you can get refund if available or You ll be pay Tax on your income.....

Yes you can file your all eligible deductions include. Form 16 is not matter. After filing you get intimation notice but don't worry the time. Simply reply to ITD ITR is correct....

You can claim revise income if there is any error in form 16.
