No. a student can give unlimited attempts to get cleared.
See you will 5 attempts and you have to re-register by paying nominal and you can continue where ur from there, means if you not clear your PCC/IPCC in 5 attempts then you have to re-register again and you continue with PCC/IPCC no need to come from begning again..Best of luck
