is it the case to show deemed rental ...

I am owner of a flat which was vacant in entire 2016-17 I reside in flat provided by employer in other municipal area ..should I show deemed rent in itr even not received rent for entire year or no pl clarify.

If its your only residential property, declare it as self occupied

under self occupied .... un can claim deduction under section 24

pre construion interest , interest paid or payable on borrowed loans ; maximum of 2lakhs rs

it is old property ..loan already paid ...it is vacant whole year ..as accommodation provided me by owner ..wht income from house property to be shown in itr or nil income to be shown..
