Quick Summary
It is indeed possible to submit a GST application for a new partnership registration without a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). While DSC is mandatory for companies and LLPs, partnerships can use an Aadhaar-based Electronic Verification Code (EVC) for submission. The process involves using one of the authorised partners' Aadhaar details to receive the EVC. However, some users encountered issues with document upload sizes and the 'other' registration option.

Yes DSC is not mandatory for GST Reg. of PFAS. It is mandatory in case of Company & LLP

No... DSC not mandatory/required to partnership firm for register under GST...
Firm can be using Any of the partner's (who is authorized signatory) AADHAAR and get EVC through AADHAAR...
You can use Electronic Verification Code ( EVC ) instead of Digital Signature Certificate ( DSC ) to apply for GST Registration. DSC is mandatory in case of Company and Limited Liability Partnership Firm ( LLP ).
Okay.Thank you All..
