THE KEY TO SUCCESS IS ALWAYS SMALL AND LIES WITHIN THE hay of maze ITSELF.............

First of all, u need to understand that the couse material u are reading or going to read for writing exams is something the other thousands of budding C.A's would also be doing.......u r in no worse condition.........A topper or a cleared C.A. reads the same answer as u do but the difference lies in not remembering everything because it is beyond human tendency to learn every fact.........C.A. course is bundle of facts and knowledge......FACTS NEED TO BE LEARNED, KNOWLEDGE TO BE UNDERSTOOD.......

its better to be face-off with the situation rather than turning up saying its something horrible....yes its do but the past and present C.A;s who cleard it shows that its not that bad........

See the course content. everything in the world is not relevant, and the same applies for C.A. too... GO THROUGH THE PAST YR. PAPERS. SEE THE TREND OF THE EXAM. ON WHAT TOPICS THE EXAMINER LAID STRESS DURING PREVIOUS EXAMS........

OBVIOUSLY, U R GOING TO AWARDED WITH THE DEGREE.....WHAT I WANT TO TELL IS DON'T BLAME THE COURSE CONTENT OR VOLUME B'COZ THAT IS WHAT C.A. IS ALL ABT......AT THIS AGE AND PROFESSIONAL LEVEL THINGS R SELDOM NEEDED TO BE RATAFIED......IT RATHER NEADS LEARNING  with understanding......FOR THE LATTER WILL CONFIRM U REMEMBER SOMETHING DURING RIVISIONS AT THE ELEVENTH HOUR.....

INSTEAD OF ALLOWING BUTTERFLIES TO HVE ROLLERCOSTER IN UR STOMACH, SIT WITH SILENT ADN PATIENT MIND AND SEE WHAT THE COURSE CONTENT IS. U WILL CERTAINLY NOTICE THAT THEIR IS SOME COMMON THREAD RUNNING THROUGH EVERY ATTEMPT.......IT IS JUST A GRASP AWAY.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your question is not done yaar. Avoid such kind of thoughts. If you follow this techinique you can not succeed in your professional life. Try and understand the theory. I have written an Article on this popic today morning. Soon i'll post it after certain modification and inform you accordingly.

 i differ with some of you people. As far as Law, Taxation is concerned, you dont really need to apply your mind. You should only learn by heart. Like 40% of free reserves, 10% of sharecapital, whichever is less, with in 5 days from end of fyr, higher or lower blah blah blah. You should remember these statistics to get through. In subjects like costing, financial management etc , the theory you can understand. In practical problems they are of two types. One type which you can do if you know concept. The other type will be ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT.  These problems have to be crammed (steps should be learnt by heart!!). If you use your concept knowledge, you will know that the answers are wrong. But still these questions come up in exam. To make matters worse, these come as first problem with atleast 15 marks. Accounting is the only subject where u should use your brain. Rest all, you should have to learn things by heart in some areas or the other. 

 Dont worry. it is very normal to forget whatever you learn. It happened to me. The day b4 exams i forgot all. All you need to do is keep reading again and again, suffer the stress till the exams are over. If you read again and again, then TO THE EXTENT USEFUL IN EXAMS, THE SOLUTIONS WILL BE THERE IN MIND. Believe me you will feel comfortable in exams even if u forgot some provisions the day before. But for this, you should stress urself till the exams are over. keep reading as many times as u forget. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY!!!
