we have filed a belated st3 return of a company for the period oct to march 2014 in oct 2014(whose last date of filing was 25 apr 2014).but when we uploaded the return ,aces showed that we can still revise the return in next 3 months till dec 2014. how is this possible?plz helpppp.
service tax return can be revised within 90 days from the date of filing of return and belated return(as in your case) can also be revised within the said time limit(90 days)... so in my opinion info. shown by aces is correct !!
