I know 2 people who are in their articleship (IPCC completed) still pursuing their final. They have started their own website for providing services like ROC filing and Company filing, and have declared themselves as CAs in that website with the Logo and all.. Is it not against the CA rules? If so what can i do for this injustice? (Auditor is not aware)
A person who is not CA making claim and advertising himself as CA tantamounts to guilty of misconduct under the schedules to Chartered Accountants Act,1949.
