Assesse was not present in India ( whole FY 22-23) now my query is that is it compulsory to file his ITR if he has only saving bank interest income

it is not compulsory if your income is not crossing the taxable value .............. ............
Yes...if deposit 50L or more in one or more saving account..
Irt is mandatory
ITR required if The Interest income exceeds the Taxable value.
In case the value less than the limit then no need...
