Is it mandatory to file income tax return
If my agricultural income is Rs. 7 lakhs and my non agricultural income is 2.25 lakhs, then is it mandatory to file income tax return?

Not required to file
Yes you are required to file ITR.
If your non agri income more than basic exemption limit then only you are required to file ITR. here it is below BEL hence you no need to file income tax return.
But its good if you file returns regularly.
