is it mandatory for CS to sign MGT-7
if the company has company secretary,then is it mandatory for CS to sign form MGT-7 or PCS can sign it.

yes , it is compulsory, as per section 92 (1) of the companies act 2013
if cs doesn't sign then??
contravention of section 92, penatly may be imposed in future when it come in the radar of mca.
