Is he eligible to do CA

 

 

A person who has passed his B.A,(Regular) MBA(External Mode), LLB (Regular), M.Com (Distance) and LL.M (Distance) he has scored above 65% in LLM and M.Com, also doing C.S. Executive and doing practice in High Courts & Supreme Court, in Tax & Criminal Law.

My question is, Is he eligible for doing C.A. IPCC (through direct entry) or he need to go through CPT

if he has secured 60% or more marks in B.A , he is eligible for direct entry in CA IPCC.

Dear Renuka,

CPT is compulsory for those who have not completed Graduation. So in your case the person is eligible to do CA through direct entry in IPCC

 

Thanks Sir, does he need to surrender his Bar Council Enrollment, or not? to doing CA.

yes He is eligible for direct entry to IPCC as the concerned person has completed his graduation
