can someone tell me that
is having TAN No. is required for all companies. (suppose i do not pay more that 20k to any one in full year)

is there any legal requirement to get TAN No. (Jaise ki hum logon ko PAN no. hona jaroori hai)

You are required to apply for TAN, only if you are making payments where in you are required to deduct Tax at source
