Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether GST is applicable on Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) bills, specifically concerning the purchase of black oil from unregistered dealers. It explains that GST is generally payable on the purchase itself, and if registered, on the sale. For transporting goods valued under Rs. 50,000, a cash bill from the seller serves as sufficient supporting documentation, negating the need for an e-way bill.

GST under RCM is not applicable on purchase of black oil. You are required to pay GST on purchase. In case you are registered GST is required to be paid on sale.
So how can I carry black oil on road what should be the supporting documents
What is the value of one shipment?
27000
As your shipment value is less than Rs. 50000 hence eway bill is not required A cash bill from the seller with all his details to prove the genuineness of transaction will suffice your requirement to carry the goods
