Is gst applicable on rcm bill
I used to purchase black oil from unregistered dealer and I pick that up by my own vehicle so I used to cut self purchase voucher but my doubt is that gst I ha e to cut on that voucher or not

GST under RCM is not applicable on purchase of black oil. You are required to pay GST on purchase. In case you are registered GST is required to be paid on sale.
So how can I carry black oil on road what should be the supporting documents

As your shipment value is less than Rs. 50000 hence eway bill is not required A cash bill from the seller with all his details to prove the genuineness of transaction will suffice your requirement to carry the goods
