As per notification No.5/22 GST
it is learnt that renting of residential
dewelling is taxable under RCM.
Suppose we pay godown rent.In this case can we are liable to pay GST
on RCM basis.
Can godown building fall under residential dewelling
If godown bldg.have facility like toilet, water ,window , sunlight ,lunch room ,etc then can treated as residential dewelling

We pay godown rent , on the basis of details provided by the factory. Now one can use his building having facility like toilet and others
Godown cannot be residential
