In India, If ruling party makes a decision having dispute on it, chances are there that opposition party will call for close against India.

Question is that " is frequent country off is a solution for all the matters?

It usually involves violence, fire and firing, damage to property etc.

Do they can't try and find other alternative options like peaceful protests or Dharna etc.?

If we do peaceful protests or dharna like Baba Ramdev or Anna Hazare then we will get only lathicharge & brutal attack from the police.

Nation Bandh is the only solution.
