on reading S143,SS14.....,I don't understand something.
please mention a scenario.

Section 143(14) says the provisin of Section 143 will be applicable to Cost Auditor and Company Secretary.

What is your doubt in that?

Section 143(13) talks about if the auditor has not reported the fraud under Subsection 12 in good faith then he has not contravened the provision of Subsection 12.

1)is the auditor not reported the fraud in good faith?(here,auditor done in good faith)
(or)
2)is the auditor not reported the fraud which is done in good faith?(here,fraud done in good faith)🤔🤔🤔
