Is FIRC required for Export of services under Letter of Undertaking

Hi,
Is FIRC required for Export of services under Letter of Undertaking?

I am running a software service export company. I am going to take GST registration this year and I want to know applying Letter of Undertaking for export is enough for the exemption of the GST payment? Whether I have to produce/upload FIRC at the end of each month or each year?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate (FIRC) is necessary when exporting services under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) for GST purposes. The consensus suggests that an LUT is sufficient for GST exemption on service exports. It also addresses the frequency of FIRC submission, indicating it's likely not a mandatory requirement in this scenario.

You just need to take letter of undertaking.
