there is no lifting of exemption....if u got 60 in any subject n rest are not passes still u will be passed in that subject
nothing like that
if u score 60 in any of the subject
u will be eligible for exemption only till 3 attempts
there is no lifting of exemption

we cant shoot the sorce bcoz firstly we cant find the source n wer it originates, but it propagates very quick
