yes eway bill is required even i f goods despatched by your van
but when I load the goods in my ven I am not know who are the buy my goods.
because my system is the selling is (when I reach at shopkeeper then shopkeeper tell that he want purchase or not)?

If you are suppling non-motorised no need to submit E-way bill. Please check 153 non mororiesd item list.
