Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the e-way bill requirement in a 'Bill to Ship to' scenario. When a company in Tamil Nadu purchases materials from Maharashtra and directs them to be dispatched to a company in Kerala, an e-way bill is indeed required for the transport to Kerala. If the initial purchaser has already generated the e-way bill covering the full journey, a second one is not needed to avoid duplication.

Yes, e way bill required to transport the material to X in Kerala.

The transaction will be in 'Bill to Ship to' mode..

But e way is already generated by A..So again if B generates, it will be a duplication ..right..

If A has generated E way bill for delivery up to Kerala, no need to generate it again.

Thanks

Most welcome.
