Is consignee's ECC no. compulsory on invoice raised by the seller..thoudgh it is necessery to have seller ECC no on the invoice..but what bout conignee's ECC no..?????/

For availing Cenvat Credit it is required.

ECC No is mandatory to be mentioned for availment of Cenvat Credit under Cenvat Credit rules.
