rahul...the best possible way of preparing tax is from tn manoharan..but the problem is his new book is for pcc which is available in the market...so for cst n assessment procedure follow the institutes rtp material and for 5 heads ... basic concepts including the tax liability computations..follow his book...book is simple written. do not follow the compliler...as the provisions are old and sums are of diff assmt year..learn the case laws and sections thoroughly to present the ans in style...for problems...make working notes.
