I was reading an article on Indian company registration and wanted to know if India is a good option for company formation or Singapore because most of the companies register in Singapore to save lots of tax and all.

You can also think to start company in Kuwait or Bahrain in Gulf Countries , Conversion rate is
1 Kuwait Dinar = 248 Indian rupees
1 Bahrain Dinar = 198 Indian rupees
and I think there is no tax implication in above countries .
