The CARO 2015 was notified by MCA on 10/04/2015 but the same is applicable only after publication in Official Gazette.
Does anyone know of such publication? in case if the publication is still pending than is the CARO 2015 applicable for F.Y. 2014-15?

CARO 2015 has been published in the Gazette of India and is applicable for F.Y. 2014-15.
CARO is effective from 01-04-2014.
Applicable from FY 2014-15
CARO 2015 is applicable from 01.04.2014 and hence the same is applicable for fy 2014-15
For all the financials signed after 10th April 2015, CARO 2015 is applicable.
Ministry of Corporate Affairs published companies Auditor’s Report Order or CARO 2015 on 10th April 2015 which came into force on the date of its publication in official Gazette.
As per CARO 2015, this order will be applicable to companies for the financial year commencing on or after 1st April 2014.
