Is bpo industry good for qualified ca?

NO. IT IS NOT GOOD IN FUTURE. CHOOSE SOME OTHER COMPANY OR START YOUR OWN PRACTICE IF YOU ARE FINANCIALY STRONG.

OTHERWISE CHOOSE SOME GOOD COMPANIES HAVING STRONG FINANCIAL AND OR AUDIT DEPARTMENTS.

Sir that's  the only offer I have in my hand.Results came in July and it's been more than 3 months.

Dont Join any BPO/ITes/IT comapny at initial phase of your valuable careers..It is best suited when you are in people management psotion say AVP/VP level later point of time.

Assuming you are interested in F&A areas, then Go to any Big 4 and join for 2 years at least..then swith cto any manufacturing company..build technical skills first..then soft skills same time.

Initial career time, understand F&A structure how it operates in manufacturing industry/Big 4 brand audit mechanism rather than good money in BPO industry..afte gaining experience of 5 years you can choose as per your experience/maturity where to stary permanently..
