Yes its really good pay...

MY BROTHERS WIFE IS WORKING IN ITC she has 6 yrs exp earning around 32 Laks she was a 3rd attempt pass out in 2010

Its Depends on company... standard companies offers good pay..especially for Qualified with experience....

It solely depends on person to person. To add on, also depends on industry which you are working in.

There will be people who are earning half to this figure evern after 7 years experience and there will be people earning double than you.

Personal expectations also matters, ask yourself if you are happy with this pay and work.

In between, in my personal opinion this salary with experience mentioned is a good number.

thank you himanshu,,

if any better pay let me know

i want to increase my revenue

but some cas work for very less salary these days. in my company also now newly joined cas are accepting offer for very less amount than we got.. so normally company not increasing our salaries

very bad situtation

Hi, Whenever people change jobs, its mainly for pay hike..Of course there can be many other reasons (work stress, boring job, travel time, horrible boss and colleagues etc. So u can certainly ask for pay hike. But u must ensure you are "Ideally fit" for the new job !! Further I have some questions for my general knowledge. What is your job role? What industry are u working for? As per your experience, how is the job market? Do u get opportunities do involve in managerial decision making? With so many changes like Ind AS, GST, New cos act and rules, are you required to keep yourself constantly updated on all aspects in your job? Your answers will help us a lot for our future decision.
