If you register now, you will get the new course. Also, in my opinion new course is better knowledge wise, and ease of passing as well, it has been equally distributed and increases the chances for a candidate to pass second group.

then go for new syllabus
otherwise do old syllabus
from which attempt new syllabus be applicable for old syllabus students
