Ipcc to direct entry scheme- can anyone help me regarding the eligibilty criteria for ipcc exam

Correction to my above post -  I meant to say i applied for revalidation and conversion in Jan 2017

and I haven't got my physical letter yet  but when I went to

and typed in my old IPCC registration no and by selecting ipcc registration under direct entry scheme, somehow I was able to view the digital copy of the letter which says that I have been registered as a student of IPC under direct entry scheme /transition scheme with effect from 31 Jan 2017 bearing the same registration no.

The digital copy of the letter is given below-----

With reference to the above subject,please note that you have been registered as a student of Intermediate(IPC)Course under Direct Entry Scheme/Transition Scheme.Your registration No.is:XXXXXXXX which has been given with effect from 31-JAN-2017 under Direct Entry Scheme/Conversion From(Entrance/Foundation/PE-I/CPT/Erstwhile Intermediate/PE-II/PCC /IPCC).

Please note that the aforesaid registration No.will remain the same till you continue articleship and pass final examination and needs to be quoted invariably in all correspondence to be made with the Institute. In order to become eligible to appear at Intermediate(IPC)Examination to be held on 01-NOV-2017,you are required to register and complete 09 months of practical training which includes theoretical study for a period of 08 months.

You are also required to successfully complete 100 hours ITT Training and Orientation Programme before registering for articled training.(Registration in ITT and orientation programme is not required if it is already completed or otherwise exempted in case of erstwhile old PE-II stream students,old Intermediate and students not converted to PCC/IPCC now being registered under IPCC direct entry through conversion scheme.)

Further,you are required to register for articled training by submitting Form 103 alongwith proof of completion certificate of Orientation Programme and Information Technology Training with articleship fee Rs2000/-(if not deposited earlier)having executed deed of articles in the Form 102. Students registered for Intermediate(IPC)Course on the basis of Intermediate Level Examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India/The Institute of Company Secretaries of India shall become eligible for admission to three years articled training on passing Group I or Both Groups of Intermediate (IPC)Examination or Accounting Technician Level Examination and on completion of "Information Technology Training (ITT)" and "Orientation Programme".
The Articled Assistants are permitted to pursue one additional course(non-regular)during the period of practical training with prior permission of the Council,by applying in Form No.112.
