Return Of Income Of Political Party {Section 139(4B}

The CFO of every political partym shall, if the total income of the political party (computed before allowing exemption under section 13A) exceeds the maximum amount not chageable to income-tax, furnis a return of such income. It must be sumitted within time period prescribed under section 139(1)
