hey frnds need ur take on this...i have my ipcc exam attempt due in nov 2010...i have 4 n half months 2 go....i need help....i m plannin 2 do TAX...on my own....will this be a fruitful decision...i have taken up classes but in classes i m not compatible wid the teaching of the tax teacher..plz help guys.....neways i have 2 do service tax n vat on my own itself...will doing direct tax by self study be a good option....plz suggest.......

Yes brother u can do self study bcoz atleast u have heard something in ur classes. Buy singhania for tax and u can do self study, it has lots of illustrations and neatly explained all the provisions. All the best.
