Ipcc tax for may 2013

One of my friend is taking coaching from Girish Ahuja Sir at Eten. He told that serive tax syllabus of May 2013 will be completely different from that of Nov 2012. Few days ago there was a meeting in Goa of ICAI members (which was also attended by Girish Ahuja Sir) and they still have not decided what changes to incorporate in the syllabus at IPCC level. He advised if someone is eligible for Nov 2012 but aiming to give exams in May 2013, should not skip the attempt and it will be better for him to appear in Nov 2012 itself.
