As per my suggestion always give an important preference to study material are yaar paper toh ICAI hi set karta hai baaki sab toh Assumption hai.

Aur haa you should do illustration carefully kyonki Har exam ka question kisi na kisi scanner ya study material ka illustration hi hota hai As said by Dr. Girish Ahuja Sir

Yash, scanner is the compilation of questions from previous exams. They are segregated topicwise in each subject. That helps in planning your preparation in a methodical way.  Suchita publication Scanner is good.

No need of suchita scanners to download. Our Institute has released practice manuals, which are available for download in icai website. It includes solved exam papers of over 10 years. Even the suchita scanner contains solved papers of old exams. But here we can download icai practice manuals from its website. There are chances, that questions may come from practice manuals to certain extent. Here is link for practice manuals.
