I have done my ipcc revalidation online..Should I send the duplicate documents of Tc , photo , sign with the acknowledgement I have received on successfull payment of RS.400 to ICAI BHAWAN...???

No need to submit physical form anymore

No need to send and you have to wait at least 4 weeks for getting revalidation result
