Ipcc revalidation

Hello,

One of my friend mistakenly filled 5 IPCC Revalidation form, and she made the payment. Now she has 5 Revalidation Reference numbers and all are saying Payment not Verified since 2 days, and because of this form is not submitting. 

please help me
