Ipcc registration validity

dear my registration on feb 2012 for ipcc. is my registration valid for may 2016.kindly give me proper suggetion for this.as soon as posible. thanks

your registration will expire on feb 2016 so get revalidated after expiry date..
IPCC registration holds good for a period of 4 years from the date of registration. Hence, revalidate your registration post February.
Please tell me that Icai gives PowerPoint presentation for IPCC subjects that is useful to exam
Revalidation of registration is Compulsory. If not send a DD of Rs 400 than institute stop your result. For Revalidation of registration

You draw up a feasible and realistic time table and stick to it by following it religiously. It will help you to assess your progress and accordingly perform well in the examination.

Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course students:

 

 Initial registration for then IPCC, now Intermediate (IPC) Course is valid for 4 years. Further, students who switched over to then IPCC, now Intermediate (IPC) Course from erstwhile Intermediate/ Professional Education (Course-II)/ Professional Competence Course stream have valid registration period of 4 years and will be counted from the date of switch over to then IPCC, now Intermediate (IPC) Course.

 

 Students, who have registered for the course on or before 31st December, 2009 and completing 4 years validity period till 31st December, 2013 are advised to apply for revalidation before 31st December, 2013 without paying revalidation fee. In case any student fails to apply for revalidation by 31st December, 2013 he/she then shall have to pay the prescribed revalidation fee, as stated above, on or after 1st January, 2014 for revalidating the registration.

 

 Each Revalidation shall be valid for 4 years.  Fee for revalidation is Rs. 400/- for each revalidation.  Students are required to ensure before applying for admission to Intermediate (IPC) (IPC) Examination that they have valid registration.  Students who have registered in Intermediate/ Professional Education (Course-II)/ Professional Competence Course are required to switchover to Intermediate (IPC) Course in order to continue their studies in chartered accountancy course.

 

 

Procedure for Revalidation: The request for revalidation shall be made in the below given format indicating the name of the Course (CPT/PCC/Intermediate (IPC) Course/Final), Registration Number, Date of Registration, Date of Expiry of Registration and duly signed by the registrant together with the prescribed fee, if applicable, by way of Demand Draft in fovour of “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at Mumbai/ Chennai/ Kolkata/ Kanpur/ New Delhi as the case may be and sent to the concerned Decentralized office from where registration was done.

you will find link in the icai website , which opens a pdf , copy its page no 2 (format for renewal registration)

edit with ms word add your details get a print of it. then make a dd of rs 400 to icai secretary ,
also find your previous registration letter, courier sent by icai

now sent the 1) printed form , 2) dd and 3) xerox of your previous registration letter to icai
to your regional icai head office by post , withing 2 - 3 months , they will sent your new registration letter.

can you guys tell me how many days wil it take for them to confirm revalidation??

because, i appled last monday.. till now i dint get any confirmation. if it gets confirmed i have to join orientation. please let me know guys..

but it is not mentioned in rules you should send previous registration letter. i just sent, dd and application form by speed post.. does that really matter??

I t will take approx 1.5 to 2 months , they will sent new registration letter to you address.

previous registration letter is not compulsory. It is suggested as, it will make they easy to find your details in their system. dont worry.

for orientation, you contact regional office, and see what they offer you.

i think they should allow you for orientation, since registration letter is necessary only for exams.

i actually cleared grp1.. and i ve visited my near by branch in hyd.. all thy told me was.. chk online for orientation batches.. thy say, we cant do it here.. u shd chk batches online.. and to chk online batches u need to sign up.. and to sign up thy said i need to revalidate ipcc..
